Job Description

The Opportunity:

As a Field/Plant Operator in our Red Deer district area, you will spend the bulk of your time in the field working in a dynamic environment as a key member of a cross-functional team and with continuous adherence to Canadian Natural’s Mission Statement. You will be responsible for operations and maintenance of oil field operation/plant operations with minimal supervision and optimize wells in an efficient, cost effective and safe manner.

Key Accountabilities
• Operate and maintain central production facilities, related equipment and various utility support systems including pump jacks, booster compressors, and chemical injection equipment.
• Maintain schedule and coordinate with Marketing Group NGL deliveries and propane and butane trucked out volumes.
• Complete routine duties which include as gas engine checks, hydraulic checks, production books, change and zero charts, routine compressor checks, and various other routine checks.
