JOB SCOPE

Role : HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities
• Analyze people issues concisely and recommend effective solutions
• Build constructive relationships with critical stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes
• Conduct and monitor ER investigations
• Facilitate meetings and negotiations between employees and management (ie, Round table meeting etc)
• Government office related tasks
• Grievance handling, HR compliance management
• Market survey and networking activities
• Off boarding (ie. Employee exit interview etc)
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Provide rigorous analysis and reporting highlighting key trends in employee relations
