Job Description

Position Purpose

Objective of this opportunity will be to leverage current educational content in real world scenarios in terms of IT service and support.
• Areas of focus are:Initial focus will be to provide first level support for Power BI and Power Platform.
• Understand the importance of best practice within the Power BI environments and its application.
• Partner with the other members of the ConnectSmart Team to gain working knowledge of our Microsoft suite, processes and tools utilized by the team to manage our environment. Software will also include but is not limited to JIRA, ServiceNOW, Lucid, Camtasia, and DocuSign.
