The Role:
• Manage a portfolio of 105 local properties
• Console Cloud software
• Work alongside 1 other Junior Property Manager and experienced Business Development Manager
• Manage and oversee daily Property Management operations
• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
• Completing Routine, Entry and Exit inspections and Reporting
• Managing Arrears
• Repairs & Maintenance
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
