• As a BPO Team Leader, you are responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. You will be the contact point for all team members, act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
• Educational Attainment can be Bachelor's Degree Holder or Undergraduate.
• Candidate must have at least 4+ years relevant experience as Team Leader in a Call Center/BPO industry with proven track record of successfully managing a team and meeting targets.
• Experience handling International Voice Account
• Exposure in handling Retail account is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Must be open for a Night Shift Shifting Schedule More Detail
