We are recruiting Maintenance Operative for our team at Lecale Lodge Care Home - this is a full time role

Earn up to £11.25p/h - depending on experience.

About the role:

To Carry out skilled DIY & general maintenance work for the Care Home both internal and external (including external grounds) and ensure that high standards of maintenance are upheld in line with regulation and legislation/ The role includes general DIY and maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, replacement of tiling and flooring, and painting and decorating.

This also includes regular checks and assessments of both private and public areas, liaising with domestic assistance/housekeeping/care staff, performing jobs as and when they are required.
