Location: Stockport

Salary: Circa £60k DOE, OTE £80k+

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic individual to take on the role of Head of Direct Sales for a private equity backed professional services consumer brand. They are one of the top providers in the market within their niche and in an exceptionally strong position to grow to the next level. In this exciting role you will oversee our client’s Direct Sales Team, guiding them to achieve growth and enhance performance in telephone-based sales particularly from referred sales leads.

The Role:

· Lead and support the telephone-based Direct Sales Team by setting targets, motivating, and fostering a high-performance culture.
