We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our Boart Longyear team in North Bay, Ontario.

The Role

The Production Manager must ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost; and that they are produced on time, to the satisfaction of our internal and external customers. The scope of the job includes process production and batch production using LEAN concepts to ensure waste elimination.

Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of directly related experience
• Project management skills
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
