Job Description
• Provide legal services across the organisation, responding quickly and effectively to non-routine and urgent matters requiring legal advice.
• Act as an advocate on behalf of the organisation in a variety of courts and/or tribunals, as required.
• Support the organisation's enforcement function with both high level legal advice on the sufficiency of evidence, prospects of success of an investigation matter and the facilitation of prosecutions with the support of an external specialist law firm.
• Identify opportunities for improving the organisation's policies and operational practices in order to reduce the legal exposure of the organisation and make recommendations for implementation strategies.
