A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage advisor to offer mortgage and protection advice working from a busy office with a market leading estate agency in the Lincoln area dealing with mortgages up to £650k, an average property value of £210k, and where 135 properties are sold per month, based on averages the ability to bank £150k per annum resulting in earnings of £75k is a realistic opportunity.

Main Duties
• As an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker, you will be working alongside a team of financially incentivised team of estate agency staff, who will refer over 7- 10 new mortgage leads a week.
• As well as receiving new mortgage leads, as an experienced mortgage advisor you will have full unlimited access to a largely untapped existing client base, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service.
