The growing population demands an increase in agricultural output, and the challenge is achieving this in a sustainable, regenerative way. Through Crodas deep understanding of plant science, we contribute to increasing food production without the need to use more land, thereby helping to improve global food security.

To support our progressive growth plans in this area, we have created a new position as the Global Strategy Director to lead strategy definition and execution across our agricultural business, building on our well-established Crop Protection and Seed Enhancement businesses.

Reporting to the Global Strategy Director you will be accountable for the Croda Agriculture strategy, with a focus on defining and driving new opportunities to broaden our market presence both organically and via partnership or M&A and thereby deliver the mid to long term growth in line with business expectations.
