We are looking for dynamic individuals who will play a key role in driving forward our Community Therapy services in Surrey Downs. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and be passionate about delivering holistic care that has the patient at its centre. You will relish developing new ways of working to improve quality and develop a “one team” culture. You must have broad clinical experience including care of the elderly and enjoy the challenges of providing rehabilitation to people in their own homes.
