GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Project Design Architect” " to be assigned to the Project Management and Design Department at our Trabzon Central Office.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of the Architecture Department of universities,
• Experienced in large-scale residential projects for at least 5-10,
• Able to ensure the harmony and execution of architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural projects,
• Proficient in the preparation of architectural implementation projects on the construction site, with a good command of details, materials, and manufacturing solutions,
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD programs, preferably with knowledge of Revit,
• Strong coordination and communication skills, disciplined, attentive, and inclined to teamwork,
• Able to adapt to a demanding work pace and flexible working hours.
