Located on the western side of Howe Sound, Howe Sound Pulp and Paper is one of the oldest operating mills in the province. Commissioned in 1909, Howe Sound Pulp and Paper plays a key role in the history of the Sunshine Coast. Generations of families who were first attracted to the area by mill jobs, stayed and have made the Coast their home. The Paper Excellence Howe Sound Pulp and Paper facility is a leading producer of high quality Northern Bleached Softwood Kraft pulps. These pulps are used by customers worldwide to make a wide variety of products.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with annual shutdown preparation, as well as helping out on capital project work. The successful applicants will gain experience in Kraft mill maintenance and project work (Pulping, Bleaching, Environment or Recovery).
