Functieomschrijving You will be the legal expert in public procurement, promote balanced contracts, and provide administrative support to related federations while advocating for the interests of the construction sector. • Monitoring current events & being the reference person for legal aspects of public procurement for the organisation (supported by external lawyers)
• Represent the organisation on the National Public Procurement Commission
Animation of the Legal BoardIn collaboration with the chair(s): drafting agendas for legal boards + inviting expertsMonitoring political initiatives impacting member's activities (Flemish + Federal NL)
