About The Role

West Moors Middle School have an exciting opportunity to welcome a casual minibus driver to our team. The driver would be required to transport children to and from sports fixtures and the occasional educational visit. All visits will be term time only; we will aim to provide notice of at least 1 week to ensure drivers can check their availability, however, there may be occasions where you could be asked to drive at short notice.

If you're keen to make a positive difference in the lives of young people in Dorset then this could be the job for you!

Training will be provided and a yearly minibus driver's assessment will be undertaken. Drivers will be required to have PCV licence category D1. A DBS check will also be required.

Purpose and impact

1. To convey passengers safely to and from their establishments, in accordance with the route schedule (with or assistance of an escort) having particular regard for their comfort and particular disability.
