The role:
Assisting the Project Surveyor to carry out quantity surveying duties on a commercial £13m cut & carve refurbishment scheme with strong elements of new build. As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be
Providing effective financial and control control on the project.
Undertake costing activitives.
Procurement and tender analysis.
Measuring completed works for allocated sections of the project for interim and financial accounting.
