1. Supervise the work of maintenance technicians within the factory.and evaluate work performance to meet the company's requirements2. Check and control compliance with the department's Preventive Maintenance plan.3. Take care of mold and machine repair services, including equipment repairs and improvements.Factory central system to provide maximum benefit and reasonable costs4. Plan daily, weekly, monthly and yearly work.This includes informed maintenance plans and maintenance and preventative plans.5. Organize a training meeting for maintenance technicians to summarize problems and obstacles.and guidelines for operating the maintenance and preventive treatment channels6.
