We have a fantastic opportunity for a successful and experiencedOperations Manager to join our clients global logistics team based in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

We're also recruiting for the same client for a Day Operations Manager.

The main objectives of this role; is to drive profitability in line with operational strategy to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Role Insight
• Communicate and enforce all company policies and procedures relating to Safety, Health, Environment, Communication, Training, Risk Management and Discipline. Develop a close working and supportive relationship with colleagues, internal/external stakeholders, always opening and maintaining clear communication channels.
