The Communications and Digital Marketing specialist is a profile with solid narrative skills, who will be responsible for generating brand awareness for Spotlight in Peru and Latin America, maintaining a consistent and compelling presence for the organization on multiple channels. This person will be responsible for creating innovative social media communication and marketing campaigns that are aligned with the mission and objectives of Spotlight in Peru.

Main responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy and Management:

– Lead the development and implementation of the social media strategy, including key indicator metrics and evaluate the results on audience, engagement and conversion across all our social channels.
