A. Job Responsibilities :
• Responsible for working collaboratively with contractors to ensure that construction is carried out on schedule.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Oversee construction progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Site works, materials, labors & machineries verification, monitoring & supervision.
• Resolve site problems that may arise.
B. Job Requirements:
• Certificate/Diploma in Building/ Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
• 2 years of experience in the field (housing/industrial).
• Proven working experience in construction site works.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Able to study and familiar with construction drawings.
• Highly organized and able to plan ahead.
