The job holder is responsible for building and leading the social business program as well as the operations in the country of Liberia.

S/he is responsible for setting, implementing, and achieving the local organization's strategic goals and objectives within the global strategy and to make sure the organization is managed effectively and efficiently. This role reports to the Regional Director for the Not-For-Profit Organization (NGO) and is based in Monrovia.

Responsibilities
• Develop the vision, strategies and social business program objectives, annual milestone plans & budgets in collaboration with the local and global team.
• Implement the above, monitor the achievement and take pro-active action on deviations.
• Build the organization to achieve the set strategies and lead, motivate and develop team members.
• Build strong relationships with government agencies, local and international partners.
