Fire Trades Supervisor Permanent Opportunity via BRC Jobs: Fire Trades Supervisor Location: Cambridgeshire Sector: Property and Housing Job Type: Permanent Salary: £43,500 - £45,800 + Company Vehicle BRC are working with a Reputable Housing Association who are looking for a Fire Trade Supervisor to join their team in Cambridgeshire Main Responsibilities:
• Overseeing a team of 6 Trade Operatives across multiple sites, ensuring high quality work is being carried out to resident’s homes
• Coordinate between the planners and operations manager and the team on a daily basis to plan the operative’s workload
• Complete site surveys and meet with clients to continuously improve services
• Process orders for materials and managing resources effectively
• Supervise staff carrying out fault fixing and maintenance duties, ensuring these are in-line with the service and works specifications
