Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Responsible for production planning analysis and perform overall planning for order received.
• Liaise with Production Manager and Supervisor pertaining to the material and production output.
• Establish the master plan and weekly production plan for the company by converting demand (forecast, customer orders, customer schedules, Email etc) into a feasible production plan to ensure matched sets of materials and capacities are available to meet the needs of customers in a cost-effective and production efficient manner.
• Work with other cross-functional teams including development team, production, purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance, to optimize material flow and minimize lead times.
• Oversee the entire production planning & control process to ensure efficient production operations.
