We have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to come and lead the Planned Care Occupational Therapy Team at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

As the Team Lead, you will manage this dynamic team which will include day to day staff and caseload management; lead in delivering the team objectives through implementation of the quality improvement plan; promote, encourage and support service development; and supervise and support staff with implementation of personal development plans. You will also become part of and work closely with the wider senior OT team to ensure a safe and effective OT service delivery to the acute hospital.
