Summary Of Main Job Role And Responsibilities

Reports to: Directors

Responsible for: Outreach Mentors and Daily activities at The Phoenix Centre

Hours: Full-time. 37.5 hours per week - term time only (with 10 additional days to cover Respite in the holidays )

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30

£34,000 to £40,000 ( actually pay not pro-rata )

Main duties and responsibilities:

This role is predominantly based at our onsite provision at The Phoenix Centre in Wokingham. There will be some travel involved in visiting schools to complete observations and consultancy support. There will be a need to help support Mentoring staff pick and drop kids off. The provision supports the community’s most vulnerable children, at risk of permanent exclusion, on a medium-to-long term basis.

Work in and manage the timetable for the provision, overseeing all aspects of conduct, organisation, resources, and staffing.
