Role: Head of IoT Customer Success

Location: Hertfordshire (3 days p/week onsite)

Salary: £80,000 + 10% bonus

Burns Sheehan are working with a Hertfordshire-based business that has a significant presence across the UK and mainland Europe, as they continue to grow and modernize. This business are a leading international IoT service provider supporting various industry sectors.

Having secured paramount projects that will lead the business for several years to come and having completed several acquisitions over the last few years, they are growing at a steady pace and are looking for a Head of IoT Customer Success to join the team.

Reporting into the Director of IoT, you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading their customer support teams and customer engagement strategy.
