Permanent Caretaker jobs for high profile estate in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. Salary £21k, M-F 40hrs pw.

Job Duties
• General Caretaker jobs, cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Include complete deep clean duties and general portage across the estate.
• Assisting with completion of cleaning and repairing, roofs, guttering, drainage and plumbing.
• Moving and setting up furniture and equipment.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will have experience of working in a cleaning job, someone who is physically fit and able to work in varying degrees of weather. Someone who lives within a close proximity to Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
