Major Tasks & responsibilities
• Assist the Lead TA Planner – Scheduler and TA manager in fulfilling Turnaround Objectives & works on planning and scheduling, perform job package preparation and coordinate its implementation.
• Responsible for complete planning & scheduling of all work packages and system packages in the SAP / ROSER/ PRIMAVERA system.
• Obtain & understand TA scope corresponding site technical standards and technical documentations, discuss details of scope items with related representative, query and/or clarify related technical issue with implementation compliance.
• Monitor, update, and control the progress of TA event schedules during execution.
