What We Offer
• Establish, Improve and Maintain the technical master data/information of equipment up-to-date and according to the defined specifications, e.g. spare parts (BOM) and functional location in SAP system.
• Defines and conduct Asset Strategy e.g. Asset Criticality and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify the preventive maintenance, critical spare parts, SOP, material design, …etc.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) methodology for problem solving to eliminate the root causes of failure and improve equipment reliability.
