ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Candidate has to make outbound calls on leads provided by the company through IVR.
• Candidate has to explain about eR4u Software to client.
• Should Perform 80-120 calls in a day.
• Following up with the customers.
• Must be able to close the deals and generate business for the company.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent communication & Call handling skills
• Should have good Lead Management skills
• Having basic knowledge of computers, Internet, websites and Software will be beneficial
