We are a success and fast expanding Facilities Management company looking to build our Service Desk with enthusiastic and capable team players!

The team delivers effective and efficient day to day service to customers by phone and emails whilst juggling other priorities!

They provide excellent customer service to our external Client stakeholders and internal business colleagues, using our CAFM system.

They undertake compliance related tasks as and when required, respond swiftly to customer requests, queries, complaints & escalations as required through to successful outcome.

The team assist in developing policies and procedures, they answer queries within the agreed target timeframe and take ownership of requests through to completion including any progress chasing and liaison with stakeholders

All our stakeholders are regularly communicated to so we can progress tasks from start through to completion
