We are delighted to be working with our client on the recruitment of a full time Credit Controller. This is a great opportunity to join a very well established local business in an all encompassing full time position based in Ely, working Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5pm.

As a Credit Controller, you will be required to manage debt recovery and build and maintain relationships with external customers.

In this role your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
• Chasing outstanding accounts and resolving queries, negotiating and implementing payment plans/terms and monitor accordingly
• Weekly/Monthly reporting on debt levels/problematic accounts
• Cashflow forecasting
• Credit vetting/setting and monitoring credit limits
• Attend client meetings as required
• Manage external debt/recovery agencies - initiate legal procedures to collect debts where required
• Process improvement and project work as required.
