About the role
Location: Puurs #Hybrid

We are seeking an Automation Engineer who will be in charge of supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation systems in projects and site operations, to join our team at the Puurs site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support development and implementation of Coding / Recipes (DCS / Scada / PLCs / Control Networks)
• Support design, implementation & maintenance of Historian Configuration for modules / visualization / OPEX
• Implement Software Change Controls related to automation / system changes ; Investigate abnormalities (Root Cause Analysis).
• Handle operations for Operational Technology (OT) systems, tools and applications, ensuring their stability and integrity while meeting customer service levels.
• Support the business owner of OT systems on all common technical issues and manage all IT / OT services, systems and applications to monitor events occurring in the business environment.
