- To define and plan the process flow of manufacturing and confirm the process parameter inspection.- To lead the trial run and confirm the capability of each process stage.- To implement the process items and the quality records of the machine.- To define and compile the documents of related process.- To coordinate the related matters, such as materials, measuring instruments, and the analysis of abnormality.- To train the equipment engineer and operator for related process’s knowledge.- Develop process/yield improvement which related to assembly processes.- Provides process instruction for manufacturing.- Create concept suitable for operation and maintenance.- Coordinate with relevant departments and vendors for process design.- Be responsible for debugging new machine and equipment to match the technology requirement of production.
