Role Description:

This is a contract Account Manager role located in Kokstad. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building positive relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and managing the delivery of services to clients. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proven experience in account management or sales
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in the construction or project management industry is a plus.
