Introduction

A company based in the Kokstad area is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with the following requirements:
• Tertiary education in quantity surveying, preferably with a diploma or degree.
• At least one year of relevant experience in quantity surveying or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with WinQS software is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing take-offs and measurements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on-site for approximately 80% of the time.
• Must reside in and around the Kokstad area.
• The candidate must be of sober habits.

• Attend tender briefings, assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets and tender documents for construction projects.
