Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical advice and support on Hempel’s product and services to Hempel’s customers while complying to the technical parameters/ specification, practices and procedures
• Working with Hempel’s sales and delivering the agreed level of services to the customers in accordance to the agreement while demonstrating strong customers orientation while customers can recognize the value Hempel’s service
• Delivering the service and product performance through observation, monitoring (of site work), highlighting (to customers, Technical Services managers and sales) and recording (on corporate reporting) on any deviation to the specification execution.
• Exercise sound technical discretion by understanding paint characteristic (including recoating intervals, minimum dry-film-thickness etc), end user needs and, when necessary, get clients’ participation if there is a deviation
