Key Responsibilities
• Works independently with general supervision, and has broad knowledge in own professional discipline.
• Responsible for routinely leading activities, initiatives or projects key to the delivery of Quality Department overall objectives.
• Able to provide professional advice to Plant Manager in order to get decision of any NC decision.
• Able to execute specialized projects related to quality system, handle unfamiliar situations and solve problems to deliver results.
• Communicates and influences decisions in own area of responsibilities directly. Manage both QC & QA system and implementation

Key Tasks
• Manage QC testing activities to support Indonesia production and to ensure quality of the products meets with Hempel Quality Standard.
• Manage and maintain QA system in place
• Maintain system to ensure up-to-date formula management, test methods and test plans for the QC function
