- Promotes quality performance improvements throughout the company.- Coordinate of all activities in resolving quality issues.- Interacts with Customers, Suppliers, Engineering and Production and/or other concerned departments to manage and follow up all quality improvement activities.- Interact with Engineering and Production and/or other concerned departments in developing new products.- Collects, analyzes, reports and provides insights of quality performance data/result to all concerned parties.- Develops and maintains competency of all QA & QC personnel.- Handles the customer complaint and claim caused by quality problem.
