- Responsible for the inventory accuracy of the Warehouse and all Shops among the Factory.
- Co-ordinate stock take and cycle counts of the factory, follow up and control shortage material
- RCA of stock in-accuracy, provide solution to minimize wrong inventory
- Set up WMS and training for new warehouses
- Make plan for cycle count, periodic count, collation & adjustment of differential inventory data
- Assist in physical house keeping during the cycle count process
- Control safety stock, long-turn material and inventory rate
- Handle all concern incurred during production as shortage/ over/ defect of material
- Carry on department reports and indexes: warehouse customer service, bundling levels, inventory audits and cycle count results, shipping discrepancies, inventory accuracy
- Manage data entry in SAP system, fix data when occur errors. More Detail
