Job Summary

We are looking for an intermediate level Technical Support Engineer who is team-oriented, flexible, and eager to collaborate with colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting electronic, mechanical, and software repairs. They should maintain an intermediate technical level of product knowledge and actively cross-train on all machines in our portfolio. Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Power Point is required to provide clear and concise information and summaries as needed.

Responsibilities
• Meet daily technical support needs and drive customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding the performance of deployed equipment.
