Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Specialist to provide exceptional travel consulting services to our esteemed customers. As a Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for offering personalised and comprehensive travel arrangements, including but not limited to air, hotel, car, and limo reservations. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure our customers receive the best-in-class travel experiences.
Responsibilities:

· Using the Sabre reservation system to book flights, car rentals, and hotels.

· Set up the SABRE reservation system to issue tickets, swap them, and receive refunds.

· Show a good awareness of airline fare rules.

· Utilise Sabre for required invoicing.

· Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through booking and ensuring accurate and timely reservations.

· Proficient in conducting internet research on destinations, lodgings, travel advisories, reviews, and costs to satisfy customer needs.
