Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager at Axindo Infotama, located in Manado, with flexibility for some remote work. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of the company, including developing and implementing business strategies, leading and managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing financial performance and budgets.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a general manager or in a similar executive leadership role
• Strong understanding of business operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the technology industry is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field
