Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Manager located in Manado. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing hotel operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve the hotel's performance, creating a positive work culture, and providing a high level of customer service to guests. You will also work closely with senior management to develop and implement marketing, sales, and business strategies to maximize profitability.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in hotel management or related experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the hotel industry and current market trends
