Technical Sales Processing:
• Evaluate and process parts sales orders, ensuring that technical specifications are accurate and tailored to customer requirements.
• Engage with customers to clarify technical details and provide expert advice on part selection.
• Collaborate with the global parts team to ensure part specifications meet both client needs and delivery capabilities.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate parts or modifications.
• Perform contract reviews and acknowledgment of customer purchase orders within authorized levels (WI-FIN-04)
Customer Relations & Support:
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
• Resolve customer issues related to part specifications, compatibility, or modifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions.
Team Collaboration:
