Sales & Customer Service:
• Promote parts sales through in-person, online, and over-the-phone interactions.
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
• Manage contract reviews and acknowledgment of customer purchase orders within authorized levels (WI-FIN-04)
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to customers and prospective clients.
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences to engage with potential and existing clients and vendors.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations to provide customers with the best solutions.
