Responsibilities
• To carry out the day-to-day assigned duties and support overall operations to run smoothly and efficiently, and to conform to safety and security requirements.
• Provide the highest possible quality of services for our customers at any touch point.
• Strive for good teamwork and fully participate as a supportive and collaborative team player.
• Constant liaison with Check-in, Boarding Gate, Ramp, Baggage Service.
• Work with GHA and ensure smooth passenger handling.
• Performing pre- and post-flight administration duties.
• High energy and positive attitude are necessary to perform well in this very high pressured and demanding environment.

Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an airline.
• Passed GCE Advanced Level.
• Age below 30 years.
• Pleasant personality, Good PR skills with excellent Telephone Etiquette.
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office and excellent command in English, both oral and written. More Detail
