We are seeking an experienced Utilities Manager to join our team and take the lead on developing and implementing energy and water procurement strategies across our housing stock.

We are looking for an innovative leader who can identify and execute opportunities to reduce consumption and costs across thousands of Bromford homes. In this role you will shape and deliver our energy strategy and take the lead advising our team on energy best practices and sustainability initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with third party energy brokers, maintaining supply contracts and utility registers, and ensuring billing compliance for heat networks.
