Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Head to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic financial management.

Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance.
